Note:
The contractor informs that the materials sorted by the customer may cause overheating. Wastes
frequently contain materials that may cause fires. The plant must be continuously monitored in order
to prevent fire damage. A fire monitoring system should be installed. Further, the plant should be
maintained free of dust and dirt. Especially, dirt must be removed, also outside of the plants. If
compressed air is used for cleaning of the plant, it must be ensured that the plant is not operating
during the cleaning works. Error messages of individual units must be investigated. Otherwise there
is a danger of overheating or damages.

The Chain belt conveyor is constructed as a bolted and welded sectional steel construction. The
drive is realized by means of a double-stranded bushed transporting chain with 125mm spacing and
63mm roller diameter. The rubber belt is bolted on C profiles which are mounted between every 2nd
chain link. In addition, the C profiles run on screwed guide fillets. Angle section drivers are located
on the belt top side in a distance of 1 m. All bolted connections are realized with self-locking nuts.
The guide fillets are made of St 52 and are also bolted.

The belt discharge slides on the flat conveyor stage surface.
The design of the conveyor is similar to the GG conveyor. The drive drum is not equipped with a
rubber lining in order to avoid mass unbalances and therefore vibrations at higher speeds. The drive
motor is installed in a “sliding” way in order to allow access to the jet bar. The belt sealing towards
the side wall is a sliding lip sealing but with softer seal lips taking the higher belt speed into account.
The discharge hood has a two-part maintenance door on the side and an adjustable baffle plate.
Adjustable mounts for the jet bars and the separating drum are also attached to the painted hood.
The separating drum has a diameter of 135mm (for 2900 belt 220mm) and is driven at 12 1/min.
Side walls, bearing plates and small parts are galvanized.

The TiTech PolySort® system offers free definition of various sorting criteria for material
distinction. The entire system is easy to operate and is equipped with a robust LCD colour display
with a clear structure.
In addition, the display shows all operating state relevant information. All settings and
functions can be defined in an operator friendly way by means of a specifically designed soft
key board. System critical parameters are secured by a customer specific password.
In the default version the system can identify objects from a grain size of 50mm x 50mm.

The Chain belt conveyor is constructed as a bolted and welded sectional steel construction. The
drive is realized by means of a double-stranded bushed transporting chain with 125mm spacing and
63mm roller diameter. The rubber belt is bolted on C profiles which are mounted between every 2nd
chain link. In addition, the C profiles run on screwed guide fillets. Angle section drivers are located
on the belt top side in a distance of 1 m. All bolted connections are realized with self-locking nuts.
The guide fillets are made of St 52 and are also bolted.

Engineering, documentation
The company …® will plan the entire plant in close cooperation with the customer. The customer
shall make all necessary documents concerning the provisions available to the contractor. The system
will be planned by the contractor according to the state of the art. All regulations applicable for this
system type will be observed. The required safety devices are included in this bid.
The official requirements which have been communicated to the contractor until submission of the bid
have been integrated in this bid. Any other requirements are not included in the scope of supply.
The contractor will issue a CE conformity declaration (entire system) or a CE manufacturer
declaration (components) for the customer. For the CE conformity declaration the CE
manufacturer declarations of all provisions and any existing plant components must be made
available to the contractor. The contractor cannot issue the conformity declaration until submission
of all manufacturer declarations as specified above. Up to this point the contractor can only submit
the manufacturer declarations for the individual components to the customer.

The Chain belt conveyor is constructed as a bolted and welded sectional steel construction. The
drive is realized by means of a double-stranded bushed transporting chain with 125mm spacing and
63mm roller diameter. The rubber belt is bolted on C profiles which are mounted between every 2nd
chain link. In addition, the C profiles run on screwed guide fillets. Angle section drivers are located
on the belt top side in a distance of 1 m. All bolted connections are realized with self-locking nuts.

The design of the conveyor is similar to the GG conveyor. The drive drum is not equipped with a
rubber lining in order to avoid mass unbalances and therefore vibrations at higher speeds. The drive
motor is installed in a “sliding” way in order to allow access to the jet bar. The belt sealing towards
the side wall is a sliding lip sealing but with softer seal lips taking the higher belt speed into account.
The discharge hood has a two-part maintenance door on the side and an adjustable baffle plate.
Adjustable mounts for the jet bars and the separating drum are also attached to the painted hood.
The separating drum has a diameter of 135mm (for 2900 belt 220mm) and is driven at 12 1/min.

The TiTech PolySort® system offers free definition of various sorting criteria for material
distinction. The entire system is easy to operate and is equipped with a robust LCD colour display
with a clear structure.
In addition, the display shows all operating state relevant information. All settings and
functions can be defined in an operator friendly way by means of a specifically designed soft
key board. System critical parameters are secured by a customer specific password.

The Chain belt conveyor is constructed as a bolted and welded sectional steel construction. The
drive is realized by means of a double-stranded bushed transporting chain with 125mm spacing and
63mm roller diameter. The rubber belt is bolted on C profiles which are mounted between every 2nd
chain link. In addition, the C profiles run on screwed guide fillets. Angle section drivers are located
on the belt top side in a distance of 1 m. All bolted connections are realized with self-locking nuts.
The guide fillets are made of St 52 and are also bolted.

Engineering, documentation
The company …® will plan the entire plant in close cooperation with the customer. The customer
shall make all necessary documents concerning the provisions available to the contractor. The system
will be planned by the contractor according to the state of the art. All regulations applicable for this
system type will be observed. The required safety devices are included in this bid.
The official requirements which have been communicated to the contractor until submission of the bid
have been integrated in this bid. Any other requirements are not included in the scope of supply.
The contractor will issue a CE conformity declaration (entire system) or a CE manufacturer
declaration (components) for the customer. For the CE conformity declaration the CE
manufacturer declarations of all provisions and any existing plant components must be made

Erection process plan
Documentation:
The customerwill receive two copies of the documentation in printed formin a folder and one copy in
electronic formon CD.
The documentation will be in German.
Introduction:
After completion of the erection the staff selected by the customer will receive an instruction on the new
technology by our projectmanager and erection supervisor.
During the instruction the staff will be instructed on all danger sports which will be shown on site. The
maintenance and operatingmanuals will be discussed in detail and demonstrated in respect to the
object. Exercises will be performed on individual objects.
The same staff will also be instructed on the control and the visualization. Special emphasis will be placed
on the treatment of failures.
After completion of the instruction all participants must sign an instruction protocol.

Scope of supply and services
For complete plants the engineering services comprise the installation plan and the operatingmanual
in two copies and the CE conformity declaration according to annex B.
Delivery does not include:
- Brick and chiselling works, earthworks and/or concrete works, breakthroughs and
- Sealing of the corresponding holes.
- Static calculations and risk analyses.
- Site lighting, electric energy, water supply and disposal.
- Production tools, production material for test run and trial operation.
- Electricity supply to control cabinet.
Services not specified expressly are not part of this bid.
The customer shall be responsible for fire protection and a firewatch shall be provided by the
customer for the required period.
Differences in level of up to 3cm in respect to the base surface will be adjusted by …®.
Additional costs due to larger differences shall be borne by the customer.
Erect and construction permitsmust be ensured for the corresponding sites.
The customer’s sanitary facilities and changing roomsmay be used by the erection staff free of charge.
Transfer of risks, transfer of title, liability
The transfer of riskswill take place on delivery of the components. The components are to be insured
against loss (fire, theft and/or the usual risks). The title will be transferred after complete payment of the
contractual delivery and services. The liability shall be limited to the contract value, with amaximumof 5m
for personal and property damage and 100,000 for financial losses.
Warranty
Thewarrantyperiodwillbe12monthsforallnewplantcomponents,exceptwearparts,subject tointendeduseinnormal
operation,withamaximumoperation,howeverof3500hours. The warranty period will start with the date of the
initial commissioning. However, 6 weeks after delivery at the latest.

Note:
The contractor informs that the materials sorted by the customer may cause overheating. Wastes
frequently contain materials that may cause fires. The plant must be continuously monitored in order
to prevent fire damage. A fire monitoring system should be installed. Further, the plant should be
maintained free of dust and dirt. Especially, dirt must be removed, also outside of the plants. If
compressed air is used for cleaning of the plant, it must be ensured that the plant is not operating
during the cleaning works. Error messages of individual units must be investigated. Otherwise there
is a danger of overheating or damages.

The Chain belt conveyor is constructed as a bolted and welded sectional steel construction. The
drive is realized by means of a double-stranded bushed transporting chain with 125mm spacing and
63mm roller diameter. The rubber belt is bolted on C profiles which are mounted between every 2nd
chain link. In addition, the C profiles run on screwed guide fillets. Angle section drivers are located
on the belt top side in a distance of 1 m. All bolted connections are realized with self-locking nuts.
The guide fillets are made of St 52 and are also bolted.

The design of the conveyor is similar to the GG conveyor. The drive drum is not equipped with a
rubber lining in order to avoid mass unbalances and therefore vibrations at higher speeds. The drive
motor is installed in a “sliding” way in order to allow access to the jet bar. The belt sealing towards
the side wall is a sliding lip sealing but with softer seal lips taking the higher belt speed into account.
The discharge hood has a two-part maintenance door on the side and an adjustable baffle plate.
Adjustable mounts for the jet bars and the separating drum are also attached to the painted hood.
The separating drum has a diameter of 135mm (for 2900 belt 220mm) and is driven at 12 1/min.

distinction. The entire system is easy to operate and is equipped with a robust LCD colour display

The Chain belt conveyor is constructed as a bolted and welded sectional steel construction. The
drive is realized by means of a double-stranded bushed transporting chain with 125mm spacing and
63mm roller diameter. The rubber belt is bolted on C profiles which are mounted between every 2nd
chain link. In addition, the C profiles run on screwed guide fillets. Angle section drivers are located
on the belt top side in a distance of 1 m. All bolted connections are realized with self-locking nuts.
The guide fillets are made of St 52 and are also bolted.

Engineering, documentation
The company …® will plan the entire plant in close cooperation with the customer. The customer
shall make all necessary documents concerning the provisions available to the contractor. The system
will be planned by the contractor according to the state of the art. All regulations applicable for this
system type will be observed. The required safety devices are included in this bid.
The official requirements which have been communicated to the contractor until submission of the bid
have been integrated in this bid. Any other requirements are not included in the scope of supply.
The contractor will issue a CE conformity declaration (entire system) or a CE manufacturer
declaration (components) for the customer. For the CE conformity declaration the CE
manufacturer declarations of all provisions and any existing plant components must be made
available to the contractor. The contractor cannot issue the conformity declaration until submission
of all manufacturer declarations as specified above. Up to this point the contractor can only submit
the manufacturer declarations for the individual components to the customer.

The customerwill receive two copies of the documentation in printed formin a folder and one copy in

Introduction:
After completion of the erection the staff selected by the customer will receive an instruction on the new
technology by our projectmanager and erection supervisor.
During the instruction the staff will be instructed on all danger sports which will be shown on site. The
maintenance and operatingmanuals will be discussed in detail and demonstrated in respect to the
object. Exercises will be performed on individual objects.
The same staff will also be instructed on the control and the visualization. Special emphasis will be placed
on the treatment of failures.
After completion of the instruction all participants must sign an instruction protocol.

Scope of supply and services
For complete plants the engineering services comprise the installation plan and the operatingmanual
in two copies and the CE conformity declaration according to annex B.
Delivery does not include:
- Brick and chiselling works, earthworks and/or concrete works, breakthroughs and
- Sealing of the corresponding holes.
- Static calculations and risk analyses.
- Site lighting, electric energy, water supply and disposal.
- Production tools, production material for test run and trial operation.
- Electricity supply to control cabinet.
Services not specified expressly are not part of this bid.
The customer shall be responsible for fire protection and a firewatch shall be provided by the
customer for the required period.
Differences in level of up to 3cm in respect to the base surface will be adjusted by …®.
Additional costs due to larger differences shall be borne by the customer.
Erect and construction permitsmust be ensured for the corresponding sites.
The customer’s sanitary facilities and changing roomsmay be used by the erection staff free of charge.
Transfer of risks, transfer of title, liability
The transfer of riskswill take place on delivery of the components. The components are to be insured
against loss (fire, theft and/or the usual risks). The title will be transferred after complete payment of the
contractual delivery and services. The liability shall be limited to the contract value, with amaximumof 5m
for personal and property damage and 100,000 for financial losses.
Warranty

operation,withamaximumoperation,howeverof3500hours. The warranty period will start with the date of the
initial commissioning. However, 6 weeks after delivery at the latest.
